that roller will fit if you get either the bb mount one or a iscg adapter plate as well. probably best to get the bb mount one.
as for your headtube, for every 1 inch you change in the axle to crown heights, you change the head tube angle 1 degree. so if your bike came with a 69* and 510mm axle to crown. then you change the fork and it has 535mm, you change the head tube to 67.5ish degrees. it will be fine.
